- The products available through our online store are stored in the ideal conditions of maintenance and storage. Regardless of our diligence, if you receive a product that has a defect, please contact our store within three (3) working days and send photos of the product as received at email@example.com, in order to launch a return of the product and replacing it (without shipping costs) or refunding the money you paid within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the product (by us) by credit to a bank account or debit / credit card or paypal. Returned products must not have been opened or used and must be in their original packaging.
- You can return any product you bought from our online store within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging, without being opened or used. The refund of the money you paid will be completed within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (by us) by credit to a bank account or debit / credit card or Paypal.
Note: In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
- You can cancel your purchase at no cost, if you request the cancellation before sending it.
- In case you wish to cancel your order while it has been shipped, you will be charged only with the relevant shipping costs, even if the original shipment did not contain shipping costs.
